Jr Counselor Registration Form

Thanks for applying to be a Junior Counselor at Camp Calvin! This form must be filled out personally by the interested JC and submitted on or before March 15th. The cost is $175.00 and can be paid online or via your church after you have been selected.

Please note that we typically have more high schoolers apply to be JCs than we have spots for. JCs are selected by age, camp/youth ministry experience, and what they share on this application. A pastor’s recommendation is also required. Selected JCs will be notified the last week of March. Please fill out the information below. Please contact us if you have any questions.
